Q: May I use your artwork on my website, as a story illustration, as an RP character, etc?
A: Absolutely. I would be delighted if you could find a use for any of my pictures. You may also use it for signature tags, icons, avatars, or anything else I haven't mentioned. You may crop the pictures or make any changes you wish. If you actually claim that you drew the picture yourself, I might get a little annoyed, but other than that, knock yourself out and have a good time with the pictures. :)

You are free - of course - to download these picture files to your computer, and if you would like to showcase some of my images on your own web-site, then you are invited to do so. May I use your images to decorate my personal web site, to make stationary, or other graphic use?
A. I allow use of my work on non-commercial websites with the condition that each image is properly credited with the correct title and my name or banner linked back to my site. If you can meet these conditions then you may use my work in the manner you requested.
For use of my work in any commercial enterprise, I must charge a licensing fee in an amount commensurate with the usage.

1. All my artwork is copyrighted but I do allow my work to be used for the creation of background websets, email stationery, signature tags, screensavers, and other webgraphics as long as they are intended to be used on a non-profit basis and just used for PERSONAL USE ONLY. The images are NOT TO BE SOLD in any form and must be available for FREE. They may NOT be used on commercial sites or sites that involve commercial activities unless permission has been granted.
2. If you use any of the images in web sets, signature cards, tags, globes, etc, the graphic that is created must be embedded with a copyright symbol and my name like this:© Penny Parker This is just a small courtesy for allowing free use of the art.
3. You are permitted to the images for any personal hobby as long as they are not used on any products used for resale.
